We offer a 30 day return window for most items (except for special ordered products and the items listed below*). This applies to items sold in the USA, Canada, and Mexico (items sold outside North America are only eligible for repair or replacement if found defective). All we ask is that you pay for return shipping if you are not happy with the item. If the product is defective we will send you a return label and ship you a new replacement. All returned items need to be in new condition in the original product box with all the accessories and well packed to prevent damage. A minimum 5% restocking fee will be applied to all returns. If the item is damaged or missing the product box and or accessories we reserve the right to either refuse the item and ship it back to you or charge a higher restocking fee that we both discuss and agree upon.

Sales are final on discounted open box and demo unit specials. They include the full warranty and will be repaired or replaced if there is a problem. They can not be returned for a refund.
